“Shiloh Supports Students” College Care Project Application

All Shiloh's full-time undergraduate college students are eligible to receive a college care box, but you must complete an application by March 22, 2026. Please email hospitality@smbcplano.org with questions.

Student’s Information

If the student is not a Shiloh Member, a $50 sponsorship payment is required.

Student's Shipping Information

The student will be contacted to confirm the shipping address. If the student does not respond, they will not receive a box.
